Shipping
All in stock item are shipped within 3 days of ordering via UPS (international orders are shipped via USP). If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted with an estimated time of arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
All Silver Spoon merchandise is guaranteed. Please report all damages and manufacturer defects within 3 days of arrival. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
Return Process
Unused merchandise is accepted for return within 14 days from date of purchase. Here’s how it is done:
1) Contact the Silver Spoon at info@silverspoonstore.com for a return authorization number
2) Repack all merchandise in their original packaging
3) Ship the return to the Silver Spoon:

Order Changes
You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of ordering.
Gifts & Gift Cards
Gifts are exchangeable for store credit only. All gift cards are valid for up to one year from date of purchase.
